Tikka massala with quorn
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice, courgettes, red peppers, sunflower oil, Quorn chunks (175 g), herb paste for tikka massala (100 g), whole yogurt and white almonds.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Sprinkle the quorn and spice paste for about 5 minutes.

Add yogurt and 100 ml of water.

Add the zucchini and paprika and simmer for approx.
-
10 minutes.
-
Chop the almonds coarsely and roast briefly in a dry frying pan.

Tikka massala garnish with almonds.

Serve with rice..
