Try this tilapia fillet in an Oriental way
Fry the tilapia fillets in the butter for 5 minutes on both sides until they turn nicely brown.
stirring oriental wok mix in 5 to 10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and still nicely firm.
Finally add the defrosted scampi and stir them until they are warm. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Serve the vegetables with the scampi on a plate.
Place the tilapia fillet on top of it.
