Tilapia in exotic sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broken green beans (frozen, bag a 1 kg), garlic, fresh coriander (a 15 g), noodles (250 g), tilapia (in exotic tomato sauce (a 200 g)), wok oil ( oriental) and coconut milk (tin a 4 dl).

Directions

Prepare green beans according to directions on packaging.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Cut coriander.

Cook noodles according to instructions on packaging.

Drain and rinse under cold water.

Heat up Tilapia with sauce in saucepan.

Heat the oil and fry garlic.

Add green beans and stir-fry for 1 min.

Add coconut milk, noodles and salt and pepper and heat well.

Distribute Mihoen over 4 plates.

Put Tilapia on it and divide sauce over it.

Sprinkle with coriander..
