Stir in the cream cheese with a whisk and stir in the chives and shrimps. Season it with salt and pepper.

Line the timbals with cling film. Cut the salmon into pieces and coat the timbaaltjes with it.

Divide the cheese shrimp mass over the timbaaltjes and press the contents well. Cover the timbaaltjes and cool them away.

Stir the ingredients for the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.

Deposit the timbals on a plate. Cut the Christmas cross crosswise.
