Clean the orange under running water.

Cut 2 thin peels of the orange and grate the rest of the peel off.

Squeeze out the orange.

Beat the yogurt with the vanilla custard and some grated orange peel.

Clean the fruit and cut it smaller if necessary.

Break the long fingers in half and dip them in the orange juice.

Arrange half of the long fingers in the baking dish, pour some vanilla yoghurt and put fruit on it.

Cover with the rest of the long fingers and fruit and finish with a layer of vanilla yoghurt.

Garnish with the orange peel and possibly some grated orange peel.

Close the dish with the lid and let the tiramisu covered in the refrigerator stand for at least 1 hour.

Only use strawberries, or other fruit, such as peaches, plums or apricots.
