Toast strawberries and basil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: bread (boule beurre), strawberries (250 g), mascarpone (soft cream cheese, a 250 g), basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves) and black pepper (mill).

Cut 4 slices of bread. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the bread in 5 min. Golden brown, turn halfway. Allow to cool.

In the meantime, remove the crowns of the strawberries and cut them into slices lengthwise. Brush the slices of bread generously with mascarpone. Divide the strawberries and sprinkle with the basil. Grind black pepper from the grinder.
