Roast the slices of baguette.

Heat a grill pan. Spoon the asparagus with the oil and grill for about 3 minutes until they have grill stripes.

Remove from the heat source and scoop with the lemon juice and pepper.

Brush the toasts with the cream cheese and top each toast with a bar of ham.

Divide the asparagus over the toasts.
