Roast the sandwiches and cut 4 molds from each slice.

Finely chop the herbs, the garlic, the anchovies and the capers and mix with half of the oil, the lemon zest and the juice.

Cover the carrot strips with the rest of the oil and lemon.

Brush the toasts with cream cheese and a scoop of carrot salad. Divide the anchovies salsa about it.
