Tofu with mushrooms and spinach
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tofu natural (chopped), sunflower oil, fresh ginger (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tomato (sliced), light soy sauce, chestnut mushrooms (quartered), spinach (washed), couscous and pumpkin seeds.

Toss dry with kitchen paper.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in pan with non-stick coating.

Tofu, ginger root and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add tomato and soy sauce, reduce heat and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

In stir-fried mushrooms in the rest of oil, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add spinach and stir-fry, until spinach has shrunk.

Season vegetables with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, put couscous into a bowl, add 400 ml of boiling water with a little salt and let it soak for 6 minutes.

Couscous flavoring with pepper.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan briefly and mix with couscous.

Spread vegetables and couscous over four plates.
