Ravioli with saffron butter

Meanwhile, saute the saffron threads for 10 minutes in 1 tablespoon of boiling water.

Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the packaging.

Put the butter and saffron with liquid in a saucepan and let the butter melt over a very low heat. Let the butter pull for a moment. Add ginger powder to taste.

Carefully shovel the ravioli with a slotted spoon and put them in a colander. Then divide them over amuse spoons or Chinese tablespoons and scoop some of the butter. Serve immediately.
