Shoarma sandwiches with chicken and vegetables
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (or regular chicken fillet), olive oil, Provencal stir-fry mix (400 g), garlic (finely chopped), balsamic vinegar, shoarma breads (8 pieces), tomatoes (in slices) and sweet chilli sauce.

Halve the chicken strips and rub them in with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast the chicken in a hot grill pan or non-stick frying pan over medium heat in 8-10 minutes around brown and done.

Stir-fry the vegetable mix in 2 tablespoons of oil with the garlic in 4-5 minutes until al dente.

Spoon the vegetables on a plate, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Allow the vegetables to cool slightly.

Roast the shawarma rolls in the toaster.

Cut them open immediately and fill the sandwiches with the vegetables, tomato and chicken.

Put the chili sauce on the table separately..
