Tofu with zucchini and coriander
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tofu naturel ((375 g), in slices), soy sauce (salt), courgettes, cherry tomatoes (250 g), sesame oil, red pepper (in strips) and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Spoon the tofu with the soy sauce and leave to stand for a while.

Cut the zucchini into slanted slices and cover the oven dish.

Sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Place the tofu with the tomatoes on the zucchini, drizzle with the sesame oil and slide the oven dish into the oven.

Roast the tofu with the vegetables for 15 minutes.
