Tomato-cheese sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onions (chopped), celery (sliced), garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes (a 400 g), old cheese (grated) and flat parsley (finely chopped).

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and celery for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 1 min. Add the tomato with 200 ml water and bring to the boil. Cook gently for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the cheese through the sauce and stir until it is melted. Mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
