Tomato cream sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), whipped cream (250 ml), vegetable stock tablets and tomatoes (in small cubes).

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the tomato from the tin. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and puree with the hand blender. Allow to cool down.

Add the cream and bouillon tablets. Return the pan to the heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Add the fresh tomato and season with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
