Tomato-shrimp salad
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Tasty Tom tomatoes, roma tomatoes, sugar, rosemary (15 g), extra virgin olive oil, garlic (pressed), flat parsley ((20 g), leaf only) and Dutch shrimps (100 g) ).

Preheat the oven to 80 ° C. Place the bunch of Tasty tomatoes in the baking dish. Cut 2 roma tomatoes into pieces and place them with the cutting edge upwards. Sprinkle with the sugar and salt to taste. Put the rosemary in it, keep 2 twigs behind. Mix 3 tbsp oil with the garlic and pour over it. Allow to dry for 2 hours in the oven.

Mix the rest of the oil with 2/3 of the parsley, the rest of the rosemary and pepper and salt to taste. Puree with the hand blender. Cut the roma tomatoes into slices. Heat the grill pan and grill the slices of tomato for 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Brush with 1 tbsp herb oil. Divide the tomatoes and shrimps over 4 plates. Drizzle with herb oil and garnish with the parsley.
