Tomato soup with steak tartar burger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomato soup (101 g), peeled tomatoes (400 g), olive oil, steak tartar (a 2 pieces), avocado, white floor cadets (4 pieces), tomatoes (in slices), red onion ( in rings) and honey-mustard sauce (bottle 250 ml).

Sprinkle the contents of the soup bag into a pan. Add 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil while stirring with a whisk. Add the peeled tomatoes. Squeeze the tomatoes into pieces with a spatula. Cook the soup over low heat with the lid slanting on the pan for another 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and fry in orange for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked 7-8 minutes. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into cubes.

Cut open the cadets. Cover the bottom half with the tomato, steak tartar, avocado, onion and honey-mustard sauce. Put the top half of the cadets on it. Spoon the soup into 4 bowls. Serve with the steak tartar burger.
