Perline with lemon and parmesan cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh perline with raw ham (stuffed pasta bags 250g), lemon (clean-fried), Italian olive oil, rucola salad ((75 g) halved) and Parmesan cheese (in curls).

Cook the perline according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Heat the oil together with the lemon zest.

Let the perline drain well, scoop them with the lemon juice and bake them for 1-2 minutes in the lemon oil.
