Tilapia stir-fry dish with rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, tilapia fillet (fish, a ca. 250 g), onions, garlic, olive oil, wok vegetables (coarsely cut (400 g)), worcestershire sauce (bottle of 150 ml) and ginger syrup.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Cut Tilapia into strips.
  3. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.
  4. Fry 1 minute of oil in wok onion and garlic.
  5. Add Tilapia and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Lift Tilapia out of pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  7. Add wok vegetables to leftover cooking oil and fry for 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and ginger syrup and heat 2 more minutes.
  9. Create fish through vegetables.
  10. Stir fry dish with rice..
