Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut the caps of the tomatoes and cut these caps fine. Hollow out the tomatoes. Sprinkle the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper.

Mix the chopped tomato with the dill, parsley, oregano, half of the cheese and the curd cheese. Fill the tomatoes with the curd mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Fry the tomatoes in an oven dish for 15-17 minutes in the middle of the oven. Sprinkle with some parsley and pepper.
