Directions

  1. Cut off the caps at the top of tomatoes. Empty the tomatoes, sprinkle the inside with salt and put them upside down on a plate.
  2. Drain the sardines and remove the chips.
  3. Puree the fish with the lemon juice, the olives, the anchovy fillets and the capers.
