Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the zucchini into cubes of 1/2 cm by a 1/2 cm (brunoise). Heat the oil and fry the zucchini and thyme for 3 minutes. Add the beans and minced meat and heat for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the potato wedges over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes in the oven.
