Spicy salmon fillet from the oven
Fish recipe with salmon, paprika, parsley, dill and lemon.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Place the salmon in the oven dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with pepper, salt, fennel seed and paprika.

Cut the parsley and dill finely (keep 1 sprig of parsley) and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the salmon.

Roll the salmon in all seasonings until the salmon is covered on all sides.

Halve the lemon. Place the lemon halves in the baking dish. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Fry the salmon for about 20 minutes in the oven, or until the salmon is just done.

Squeeze the lemon halves carefully over the salmon. Transfer the salmon to a nice serving dish.
