Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan and toast the vegetables, or put a baking tray with vegetables sprinkled with olive oil under a hot oven grill.
  2. Roast the vegetables on both sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and keep warm.
  3. Cook the tortellini. Drain it.
  4. Serve with the vegetables and spread the cheese over it.
