Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 zucchini ribbed in ribbons
- 1 Red pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 yellow bell pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 green pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 onion in narrow segments
- 8 vine tomato halved
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 500 gram tortellini
- 200 gram cream cheese with herbs

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a grill pan and toast the vegetables, or put a baking tray with vegetables sprinkled with olive oil under a hot oven grill.

Roast the vegetables on both sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and keep warm.

Cook the tortellini. Drain it.

Serve with the vegetables and spread the cheese over it.
