Tortelloni with ham and garlic cream
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), ham cubes (250 g), garlic (peeled), whipped cream, tortelloni (chilled (pasta and a 250 g)).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.

Add the ham cubes and fry briefly, squeezing the garlic on top and bake for another 30 seconds.

Pour in the cream, bring it to the boil and season with (salt and) pepper.

Let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

In the meantime, cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package.

Serve the tortelloni with the garlic cream.
