Tortilla wrap with tuna
Wrap with tuna, corn, pickles, yogonaise, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Drain the tuna, corn grits and pickles. Cut the pickles into cubes.

Mix the tuna and the yogonaise in a large bowl, season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Add the corn grains and the gherkin cubes.

Cut the cherry to pieces and add to the tuna mixture.

Spread a portion of tuna mixture over each tortilla.

Roll up the tortillas and pack them per piece in cling film and store them in the fridge until use.

Cut the cucumber into thick slices.

Before serving, remove the wraps from the foil and cut them diagonally. Serve the wraps with the cucumber and the rest of the tomatoes.
