Tortillas with chicken and corn


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (about 400 g), onions, sunflower oil, flour tortillas (Fajita Old El Paso), mixed lettuce (200 g), salad dressing garlic, corn kernels (300 g) and sour cream (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillet into small cubes.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and roast chicken for approx.
  4. 4 minutes.
  5. Add onion and fry approx.
  6. 2 minutes.
  7. Mix spice mix (from kit) with 100 ml of water and simmer for approx.
  8. 10 minutes uncovered.
  9. Meanwhile, heat tortillas (from kit) according to instructions.
  10. Make lettuce with dressing.
  11. Drain and co-heat approx.
  12. 3 minutes with chicken mixture.
  13. Fill tortillas at the table with chicken mixture, salsa sauce (from kit) and sour cream.
  14. Serve with salad..
