Tortillas with chilibones
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: beef tomato, onions, sunflower oil, chilibones (a 400 g), hot salsa sauce (a 260 g), flour tortillas (320 g), salad mix (100 g) and ground cheese (a 150 g) .

Wash tomato, halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion.

Add beans with 3/4 dl of salsa sauce and heat them up.

Warm tortillas according to instructions.

Spread lettuce and bean mixture over tortillas.
-
Divide the tomato.
-
Sprinkle generously with half of cheese.
-
Folding each tortilla as an envelope.

Garnish with the rest of salsa and cheese..
