Tortillas with chilibones


A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: beef tomato, onions, sunflower oil, chilibones (a 400 g), hot salsa sauce (a 260 g), flour tortillas (320 g), salad mix (100 g) and ground cheese (a 150 g) .

Directions

  1. Wash tomato, halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion.
  4. Add beans with 3/4 dl of salsa sauce and heat them up.
  5. Warm tortillas according to instructions.
  6. Spread lettuce and bean mixture over tortillas.
  7. Divide the tomato.
  8. Sprinkle generously with half of cheese.
  9. Folding each tortilla as an envelope.
  10. Garnish with the rest of salsa and cheese..
