Tortillas with yogurt salsa
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil and canned corn.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and marinate with the spice mix.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the chicken for about 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and fry for approx. 3 minutes. Drain the corn and heat for approx. 2 minutes.

Mix the salsa and yogurt into sauce. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.

Fill the tortillas with chicken mixture and yoghurt salsa.
