Tortillas with yogurt salsa


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil and canned corn.

Directions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and marinate with the spice mix.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the chicken for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and fry for approx. 3 minutes. Drain the corn and heat for approx. 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the salsa and yogurt into sauce. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Fill the tortillas with chicken mixture and yoghurt salsa.
