Trout roll with lemon mayo
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, mayonnaise, lemon (scrubbed), fresh dill ((15 g), leaves chopped), coarse sea salt, multigrain bakers' tips (4 pieces), vine tomatoes (in slices), smoked trout fillets (125 g) and lamb's lettuce (a 75 g).

Put the mayonnaise in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater with the dill and the sea salt through the mayonnaise.

Cut the buns open and spread with the lemon mayo. Sprinkle with the tomato and spread the trout and lamb's lettuce over it. Drizzle with lemon juice. Delicious with celery-cucumber salad and lemon wedges.
