Trout with basil from the oven
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout, shallots (in thin slices), fennel bulb (in thin slices), lemon (in thin slices), basil and olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Rinse the trout under cold water and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread the chopped shallots and the fennel bulb on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray.
Place the fish on the baking sheet and spread the lemon over it. Stick the sprigs of basil between the lemons on the fish. Secure everything with a string or two. Drizzle the whole oven plate with olive oil.
Put the dish in the middle of the oven and roast in about 15 minutes until done. Serve with a tomato salad.
