Flour tortillas filled with chicken
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, chicken broth (from tablet), oil, onions (chopped), garlic (chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), jalapeño pepper (pot a 225 g), flower tortillas (diameter 25 cm), fresh coriander (a 15 g) and sour cream.

Put chicken fillets in stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Remove chicken fillets from broth and pull chicken meat into threads.

Heat up eleven oil in woks.

Heat low oil in large frying pan and bake 4 tortillas at the same time in 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Drain tortillas on kitchen paper.

So baking 4 tortilla rolls (flautas).

Place Flautas on four plates and garnish with coriander and a large spoonful of sour cream.
