Truffle carrot with orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: buttered chocolate cake (450 g), orange marmalade, whipped cream, chocolate (pure orange (a 100 g), diced) and cocoa powder (to dust).

Cut the chocolate cake caps.

Cut 8 slices of the cake and remove the crusts.

Line the bottom and the edges of the mold generously with cling film.

Place the cake on the bottom, cut the slices if necessary to ensure that the bottom is completely covered.

Press the cake well and brush the cake bottom with the marmalade.

Put the whipped cream in a saucepan and heat on low heat (do not boil!).

Add the cubes of chocolate and let them melt on low heat while stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir the chocolate cream.

Let the chocolate cream cool down to hand warm and carefully pour it over the marmalade.

Set the shape for at least 3 hours - preferably a day earlier, because it will be even better - in the fridge, so that the chocolate cream can stiffen.

Spread the truffle carafe generously with cocoa powder through a fine (tea) sieve.

Remove the cake from the mold, place it on a flat dish and carefully remove the foil.

Cut the truffle carafe into a nice block with a wet knife..
