Directions

  1. Grind the dates and goji berries in a food processor until it forms a ball. This takes about 1 min.
  2. Grate the orange zest of the orange.
  3. Add the grater, coconut oil, cocoa powder, coconut and wheatgrass powder. Mele for another 30 seconds.
  4. Roll 10 balls of the mixture, put them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile grind the almonds in the food processor.
  6. Spoon the almonds on a plate. Roll the truffles through them so that they are covered all around. Serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
