Truffles with banana and hot chocolate sauce


Vanilla ice cream with chocolate truffles, banana and homemade chocolate sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt it in the warm cream. Remove the pan from the heat.
  2. Cut the bananas into slant slices of 1 cm wide.
  3. Halve the cocoa truffles horizontally with a hot knife and place a slice of banana on all truffle bottoms. Cover with the tops.
  4. Make 1 nice scoop of ice cream per person with an ice scoop and distribute it with the rest of the slices of banana over the plates.
  5. Serve with the truffles and spoon the warm chocolate sauce over it.
