Tuna biscuits with steam vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna (moot natural, drained), mashed potatoes (chilled fresh vegetables (450 g)), olive oil (with lemon flavor), broken green beans (500 g) and cherry tomatoes (halved).

Scoop the tuna with the mashed potatoes, season with (freshly ground) pepper and form 8 flat balls.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the tuna biscuits in 7-8 minutes until golden brown, turning them halfway carefully.

Put the green beans in a microwave safe bowl in a layer of water with salt to taste and steam covered in 5 minutes in the microwave (at full power).

Drain the water and scoop the beans with the to and 1 tablespoon of oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve the vegetables with the fish cakes..
