Fennel stew with vegetable schnitzel
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fennel tubers (about 600 g), tomatoes, butter or margarine, mashed potatoes (pack of 2 bags) and vegetable schnitzel (2 pieces).

Clean fennel and cut into strips.

Wash tomatoes and remove crowns.

Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.

Fry 2 tablespoons of butter in frying pan.

Fry frying for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, make mashed potatoes according to instructions.

Heat the rest of butter in a large frying pan.

Vegetable cutlets should be cooked until golden brown in approx.

6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add tomato strips to fennel and heat them through and through.

Mix puree with fennel and tomato.
