Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry the garlic, onion and spices.

Heat the tortillas covered for 2 minutes at 800 watts in the microwave or in a hot frying pan, so that they become more supple.

Brush the tortillas with the ketchup. Scrape the zucchini into long thin slices. First divide the zucchini slices over it, then the onion mixture and finally the tuna.

Fold a package of the tortillas, brush with a little oil and grill in a hot grill pan 2 minutes per side. Serve with extra ketchup or taco sauce if necessary.
