Salmon stew with broccoli and paprika

Boil the broccoli for 4 minutes (or 2 minutes in the microwave, covered at 800 watts), drain and rinse cold water. Grate 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest and squeeze out the fruit.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry, the fish bars with lemon zest 2-3 minutes on a high setting. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper, scoop out the fish and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the ginger, garlic, onion and paprika for 3-4 minutes.

Scoop the broccoli florets through and fry for another 2 minutes.

Add the fish, the lemon juice and the soy sauce and heat for a moment.

Serve the dish sprinkled with sesame seeds (possibly roasted in a dry hot frying pan) and spring onions.
