Tuna-potato fish cakes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (peeled and cut to pieces), semi-skimmed milk (heated), butter, tuna on water (a 185 g), eggs (beaten), fresh parsley ((30 g), chopped) , breadcrumbs (a 150 g) and oil.

Directions

  1. Boil the potato pieces in water with salt for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and crush them, stir in the milk, butter and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain the tuna and loosen it with a fork.
  4. Spoon the tuna and 1 egg through the mash, stir in half of the parsley.
  5. Knead with moist hands 8-12 cookies of the mixture.
  6. Pass the biscuits through the breadcrumbs, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs again.
  7. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and bake the cookies around golden brown.
  8. Tasty with lettuce with parsley..
