Salad with tuna, green beans, red onion, tomato and black olives.

Boil the eggs hard in about 9 minutes.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook in approx. 5 min. Until al dente. Cut the onion into rings.

Drain the tuna and collect the oil. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Peel the eggs and cut into parts.

Divide the slices of tuna into 4 pieces. Halve the olives.

Arrange the green beans, tomatoes, onions, olives and tuna on a dish.

Make the dressing of the water, 3 tuna oil and the salad mix.

Pour the dressing over the salad. Serve with baguette.
