Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Fold the thin part double and fasten with cocktail sticks, so that the meat is evenly cooked.

Remove the steaks from the pork tenderloin and cut the meat into pieces.

Grate the cheese into flinters. Sprinkle with the cheese and parsley. Serve with the mushrooms.
