Tuna salad on avocado
Tasty salad of tuna on avocado topped with egg and chives.

Directions

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes and let cool in cold water.

Peel and chop the shallots. Cut the chives finely.

Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, shallots and half of the chives. Season with pepper and salt.

Peel and halve the avocados and cut the flesh into thin slices. Peel the eggs and cut into slices.

Divide the avocados over the plates and add the tuna salad. Garnish with the egg slices and the rest of the chives.
