Tuna tapenade with tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna on oil, sundried tomato tapenade, ground chili (pepper (mill)), capers (drained), black olives (without pit and finely chopped).

Let the tuna slide with the oil in a bowl and make the tuna with a fork as fine as possible. Mix with the fork the tapenade and to taste chilli through the tuna. Then mix 1 tbsp capers and half of the olives.

Put the tuna tapenade in a nice dish and sprinkle the rest of the capers and the olives over it. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature with toasted bread or (ready-to-eat) bruschette.
