Turkey breast with cranberry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, green beans, turkey breast (approx. 250 g), butter (or margarine), spiced onion dips, leeks and bacon (a 400 g), cranberry compote (350 g) and coconut cream ((pack à 200 ml).

Cleaning and washing green beans.

Sprinkle the filets with salt and pepper.

Heat up half of butter in frying pan and fillet browned around brown.

Grease the fillets for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime cook green beans al dente.

Heat the rest of the butter in frying pan and bake the dice according to the instructions.

In the saucepan, mix cranberry compote with coconut cream and gently heat.
