                            Turkey curry with steamed vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, bok choy (in strips), noodles, Thai green curry paste, coconut milk (400 ml) and turkey fillet (in strips).

                                In a large (steam) pan, bring low water to the boil.
 - 
                                Cut the paksoi in half lengthwise, remove the hard stalk and cut the rest into thin strips.
 - 
                                Place paksoi in steam basket or colander, hang over pan with boiling water and cover the vegetables in 5-7 minutes until steamed.
 - 
                                Prepare Mie according to instructions.
 - 
                                heat woks on high heat.
 - 
                                Remove curry paste in 3 parts of coconut milk.
 - 
                                Add the rest of coconut milk and reduce to 2/3.
 - 
                                Add turkey strips to coconut sauce, turn down the heat and cook in 5 minutes.
 - 
                                Distribute it over four plates and make turkey curry over it.
 - 
                                Place Paksoi next to it..
