Turkey in spicy chocolate sauce
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tomato frito (tomato base sauce), dried chili peppers (crumbled), roasted sesame seeds, white almonds (45 g), raisins, gingerbread, ground coriander (ketoembar), turkey steaks, oil and chocolate (extra bitter (a 100 g)).

In the kitchen machine mix tomato frito with crumbled peppers, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, almonds, raisins, spice herbs and coriander.

Spread turkey steak with salt and pepper.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan and brown in 10 min.

Brown and cooked through.

In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of oil and seasoned spice for about 4 minutes, stirring gently.

Breaking chocolate into pieces and letting it melt in sauce.

Warm gently until thick sauce is formed, if necessary dilute with water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place turkey steaks on four warm plates and add sauce.

Sprinkle the rest of sesame seeds over it..
