Ingredients
- 600 gram turkey fillet 4 pieces
- 6 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 red pointed pepper without seeds, in broad strips
- 450 gram baby cool fresh, precooked
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced meat
- 1 lemon in parts

Smash the turkey fillets slightly under cling film.

Mix breadcrumbs with garlic, curry powder, paprika powder, cumin, salt and pepper and sprinkle the turkey fillets with this mixture. Press well.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the turkey twigs for 4-5 minutes per side.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the pepper bars for 4-5 minutes with salt and pepper.

Fry the potatoes in the rest of the olive oil at the same time. Sprinkle the parsley over it.

Serve the cutlets with a wedge of lemon, paprika and parsley.
