Turkey teriyaki with sugarsnaps
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (diced), teriyaki sauce (150 ml, Saitaku), white rice, sesame seed (100 g container), sunflower oil, Japanese wok vegetables (400 g), sugar snaps (200 g), bunch of vegetables ((bag of 3 pieces) and in slanted rings).

Mix the turkey with half of the teriyaki sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed in 1 min. Until golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Thread the turkey on the satéprikkers.

Heat the grill pan and grill the turkey skewers in 8 minutes brown and done. Sprinkle with the sesame seed. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the wok vegetable and sugarsnaps in 5 min. Al dente. Add the rest of the teriyaki sauce and heat for 1 more minute.

Spoon the rice into 4 deep plates. Divide the vegetables, turkey and spring onions. For a more intense taste, mix the turkey fillet with the teriyaki sauce the night before. Let the whole covered in the refrigerator marinate.
