Turkish pilav with vegetables
Turkish rice with onion, carrot, tomatoes, fine garden peas and mint.

Chop the onion. Cut the carrot into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion with the carrot and tomato for 3 minutes. Spoon the bulgur and frozen peas and cook for 1 more minute.

Add the hot water and bring to the boil. Boil the bulgur with the lid on the pan in 10 min. Gently cooked. Slice the leaves of the fresh mint.

Remove the pan from the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. Mix the mint, pepper and possibly salt with the bulgur mixture (pilav). Tasty with grilled Wahid chicken fillet.
