Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise with a cheese slicer. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the zucchini with the tomato, oil and the basil leaves.

Sprinkle with the walnuts and season with salt and pepper.

Puree the garlic with the oil with a hand blender. Mix the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
